Veteran • Military Spouse • Boy Mom • Fur Mama
Helping women rediscover joy, confidence,
and calm—one step at a time.
My Story
My coaching journey began through a Veterans Affairs program, where I discovered how life-changing holistic wellness could be. That spark led me to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I realized I didn’t just want to learn—I wanted to help.
I’m a proud Air Force veteran (4 years served), military spouse, and mom of two amazing boys. We travel with my husband’s Air Force career and our sweet service dog in training, Eugene.
I'm currently pursuing my BA in Psychology, I’m a Certified Medical Assistant, and a certified Integrative Health Coach.
I currently work as not only a Health Coach, but as a Medical Scribe. More than that—I’m a woman who understands the messy, beautiful, chaotic journey of healing.
I don’t just coach from a textbook—I coach from life.
Childhood sexual abuse survivor
Living with Sjogren’s Syndrome (autoimmune disorder)
Mom of two neurodivergent boys—one with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, the other with ADHD, adjustment disorder, sensory processing disorder, phonological and orthographic processing disorder that was born with a birth defect called Craniosynostosis
Volunteer and warrior for my family
Through it all, I’ve learned how to find strength, peace, and joy—and I want to help you find yours, too.
My Mission
I believe healing begins when we stop surviving—and start thriving.
I created Nealio Smiles to help women reconnect with themselves through self-care, purpose, and joyful living. Whether you're a mom, single, married with no kids, or a female veteran, this space is for you—to breathe again, to smile again, and to feel whole again.
Why Nealio Smiles?
When I joined the military, I finally felt like I had found my purpose. My nickname was “Nealio,” and I was known for my smile—even in tough moments.
Nealio Smiles is a reminder that even when life gets hard, joy is still possible. And I want to help you find that smile again, too.
My Philosophy
Coaching is about progress, not perfection.
I want you to come back to each session feeling encouraged, motivated, and proud of the small steps you’re taking. Your version of success matters—and I’ll be right here, cheering you on every step of the way.
Seeing your wins—big or small—is what brings me joy. That’s what Nealio Smiles is all about.

As your coach, my greatest hope is:
That you leave our sessions with a lighter heart
That you feel seen, supported, and empowered
That you crush goals and create meaningful change
That you learn to love your self-care—not see it as a chore

Nope—while both are powerful forms of support, they’re not the same.
Health coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s about goal setting, self-discovery, and building healthy habits that align with your life and values. As your coach, I’ll walk alongside you, offering accountability, tools, and encouragement—but you stay in the driver’s seat.
