Before we begin working together in a coaching relationship, we’ll start with a free initial consultation. This session is a deeper conversation designed to help us both feel aligned, prepared, and clear.

🤝 We’ll review your answers together and talk through your goals
🔍 We’ll walk through what health coaching is and what it isn’t
🔐 We’ll go over confidentiality, expectations, attendance, and next steps
